These vacations cater for anyone who is pro-active and has an interest in self-care. It is for people who value professionalism, privacy and confidentiality and who can see the value of travelling to seek the care they need to start a pro-active health programme.

All of Blueprint Health’s vacations include genetic testing and these retreats are utilised as the ideal opportunity to start implementing the steps to better health that are refined by each individual’s genetic profile. During the vacation the relationship between the client and the Blueprint Health portfolio manager is also established.

On arrival at the venue you will choose from the available options, your genetic test results are available as part of your personal programme. Test combinations are determined by the package you choose. These options include:

The results of the gene test (plus food sensitivities) are combined with physical measures and lifestyle factors to identify combinations of risk factors that may lead to disease development or progression if left untreated. During your stay a doctor, dietician, biokineticist and life coach will design your unique health plan with you.
