Understanding the Process

•A case manager will call you to define your needs
•Existing medical records are screened by the doctor to direct a care plan
•Doctor presents a referral to the appropriate specialist and hospitals for a quote
•A cost estimate is provided for assessments, tests and procedure
On acceptance of the care plan a 50% deposit is made into a trust account and:

•A contract is signed
•An invitational letter is provided
•Appointments and accommodation are confirmed
Please note: It takes 4 – 6 weeks to schedule dates for the most elective (non-urgent) procedures.
